Stress Management Yoga


Here are some of the Stress Relief Yoga Asanas :


Adho Mukh Vrksasana
Vrksha means tree and in a tree pose you stand on the hands with feet in the air. It is also called as a Handstand with legs extended vertically with no knee bend, hands should be at a shoulder width apart and head facing forward
To make it easier it would be better for you to take the support of the wall.

Benefits:-
Increases stamina
Shoulder arms and wrists becomes strengthened.
Stretches the belly.

Tips
If not done properly there are chances of neck injury.
Take care of the back and the shoulders.
